Floor Decor & More does all of it under one roof, with one project manager, one schedule, and one warranty, run by the same father-and-son team that founded the company back in 2012.
Our crews are trained on every major flooring type, and we stock the materials on hand so jobs start in days, not weeks. The result: fewer change orders, fewer trades scheduling conflicts, and a single phone number if anything ever needs touching up.

Every project starts with an in-home measure and a fixed-price quote. No hourly billing, no surprise add-ons mid-job.

What's included in every installation
Our quotes are all-in. That means moisture testing on slabs, subfloor leveling, baseboard removal and reinstall, full disposal of your existing floor, and transitions to adjacent rooms. We protect the rest of your home with floor runners and dust containment, and we vacuum and clean up at the end of every workday.
Industry-leading warranty
Manufacturer warranties cover the material - typically 25 to lifetime depending on product. We add our own labor warranty on top: if anything we install fails because of an installation defect, we come back and make it right at no charge. One number, one company, no finger-pointing between contractor and manufacturer.
Answers
A typical whole-room install (carpet, LVP, or laminate) takes 1 day. Hardwood takes 2-4 days depending on whether it's pre-finished. Tile takes 3-5 days for installation plus 1 day for grout cure before walking on it.
Yes - we move standard furniture as part of the install. We ask homeowners to handle electronics, fragile items, and anything inside dressers or closets so we don't risk damaging keepsakes.
We do install customer-supplied materials, but warranty coverage is labor-only in that case. When we supply the material, you get one combined warranty on product and installation.
