Step 2: An In-Home Estimate, Not a Guess
We come to you, measure every room, and bring physical samples so you can see how a floor actually looks in your light and against your cabinets or trim. Step 3: Picking Materials Without the Pressure
We carry the full range - hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, tile, carpet, and laminate - and we'll tell you honestly if a cheaper option makes more sense for your room, or if it's worth spending more somewhere that gets more use. As a family business, we're not chasing a quota on any one product line.
Step 4: Installation Day
Our own installation crews handle removal of the old floor, subfloor prep, and the install itself, with daily cleanup so your home stays livable throughout the project. Step 5: The Follow-Up
After the crew leaves, we do a final walkthrough with you before considering the job done - and if something needs a second look weeks later, you're calling the same people who quoted and installed the job, not a call center.
